What Is Vending?

Vending is the act of selling merchandise through a machine using coins. Its an automatic merchandising.

What is Bulk Vending?

Bulk vending refers to the sale of unsorted confections, nuts, gumballs, toys and novelties (in capsules) selected at random by the customer and dispensed generally through non-electrically operated vending machines. (Extract from NBVA website)

What is the basic business model in vending?

Very straight forward. It includes Machine + Supplies + Location / Site Agreement + Periodical Servicing = Making Money. The critical challenge is in placing machines in the right locations and then to servicing those machines with the right sort of merchandising.

Which machine is the right machine for me?

Obviously the right machine is the one that generate revenues and makes money. However, issues such as location type, demographics, traffic population, life style, type of product being vended, vending price, machine shape & looks …etc plays major role in determining the possible revenues a machine can generate. There is no one right answer for all machines, all location, all the time!!!
